Started having issues with a 2004.5 Cummins motor. Grayish smoke on initial start-up, then lugging/sputtering at low rpms but fine above 1500+. Did a bunch of searching for a reputable diesel shop. Found it. Stopped in, explained my issues, Mike was attentive and had a pretty good idea what it was. Set up an appointment for diagnostic check. Dropped the truck off the night before. Next morning Mike calls with 45 minutes of opening with the results and an estimate. He allowed me to keep the truck their while injectors were ordered and set an install date roughly 1½ weeks out. Truck was done as scheduled, estimate was spot on, and the truck runs like it did when new. Thank you.
