Mike replaced my 2003 6.0 injectors, FICM, harness, etc. It was worth every penny. I have towed several pieces of heavy equipment and horse trailer loaded, in my move to the mountains of Young AZ. My truck runs like brand new. I have taken my truck to Mike since it was new. Best Diesel mechanic period. You may wait for appt, but he gets it done when he says.

I took my 2000 F250 to have a turbo problem checked out, They gave me several options for the fix. Cheaper to not so cheap. I went with their recommendation and put a new turbo on. It was fixed and ready when they said it would be and at the price they said. They answered all my questions and concerns. They will definitely have a return customer and will recommend them to friends.

I took my 99 F350 in for leaky injector cups. They gave me a start date and a finish date. Even with a fair amount of other problems. They got it done when they said. They went the extra mile of fixing a bad fuel pump to get the injector pressure up to spec. My truck runs nearly like new, even with 400,000 plus miles. Forget the dealer, this is the place!

I have taken my 2004 Superduty to several shops in the valley looking for quality service. Not many diesel shops around in the east valley. Regular shops sometimes cringe when you tell them you drive a diesel!! I have found it with Monster Diesel! Just recently I took my truck in for the 110, 000+ mile service and hard start concern. I was contacted prior to any repairs and so I knew what was going to be done. No surprises. When I went to pick up my truck I was also informed of other potential concerns that I appreciated being informed about. Quality service. Thank you.

I think it is important to share this with other Duramax owners with truck years 2011-2016. You may or may not be aware of an issue with the duramax that a injector pump failure causes a total failure of the truck, and has a repair bill in excess of $13,000. My situation is that my truck is a very important part of my lifestyle, as we fulltime RV, and travel to some remote places. I say all this because Mike was the only tech that even mentioned that the replacement of the injector pump is necessary to ensure reliability. Having known this issue Mike was the only shop owner that I talked to that knew this and recommended this replacement. Thanks Mike for the great job and the sound advice.

I have a 2000 F250 7.3 pulling a 10K 5th wheel. It was a little weak and I called Mike who made recommendations for an upgrade. I had my own ideas but Mike had done hundreds of these upgrades and showed me my error in thinking. I am so happy with his expertise, his customer relation skills, his technician who did the work. I have liked my association with Monster. My truck was at another location, and I was quoted over $6k for repairs. My son suggested I get another quote, and I am so thankful that I did. I pulled Monster out from a random search, and they were close to my home. They suggested that perhaps I didn't need everything the other place was saying I needed, and backed it up with good questions. They proved to me they knew their stuff, so I had my truck towed to them. Been repaired (much less than I was told by the other place) and driving for many months now.
